The Originote is seeking a talented Product Development Specialist to drive innovation and enhance our product portfolio.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine products that meet market demands and company goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Engineering, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and innovation processes

• Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., BPOM, FDA) is a plus

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities

• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with business objectives

• Develop product specifications, prototypes, and testing plans

• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials/components

• Prepare and present product development reports to stakeholders
