The position is for a Night Auditor/Receptionist, responsible for managing front desk operations during night shifts.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reception or night audit roles.

• Strong proficiency in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of hotel management software and POS systems.

• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting is a plus.

• Manage front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, night audits, and balancing financial transactions.

• Ensure smooth guest experiences by providing personalized service and resolving issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, and transactions.

• Perform nightly audits to verify financial accuracy and report discrepancies.

• Assist with security checks and ensure the safety of guests and property during night hours.
