Quipper is seeking a detail-oriented Strategy & Ops Coordinator to support business decision-making through cost analysis, pricing simulations, and operational improvements.

• Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field

• Skilled in working with Google Workspace (especially Spreadsheet) for data processing, reporting, and basic financial calculations

• Have understanding of basic pricing structure, cost components, and margin calculation

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable to work collaboratively across teams and various stakeholders

• Attention to detail with strong analytical and structured thinking

• Disciplined in follow up and comfortable handling documentation and operational processes

• Monitor and analyze cost components to ensure proper cost control

• Review margin per product or branch to support business decision making

• Conduct pricing and margin simulations to support internal review and decision making

• Prepare regular reports on operational metrics and profitability analysis

• Identify gaps in sales operations and administrative processes and propose improvement initiatives

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales operation procedures, policies, and reporting guidelines

• Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Admin teams (as PIC) to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of sales operations

• Monitor and follow up sales ops/administration to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
