We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Officer to manage visa application processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in any field

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

• Proficient in using computer applications (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and internet literate

• Tidy, communicative, hardworking, and outgoing personality

• Handle visa application process including checking required documents

• Provide advice and guidance on visa-related matters

• Submit visa applications and assist with inquiries

• Liaise with visa messengers regarding submission schedules

• Continuously update knowledge on visa processes and regulation changes
