• 2–3 years of experience in marketing campaigns, creative content, or brand strategy

• Strong strategic thinking and visual storytelling skills

• Hands-on experience in digital campaigns (social media, KOL/affiliate, activations, etc.)

• Growth mindset: adaptive, analytical, and solution-oriented

• Creative, proactive, and collaborative team player

• Act as a strategic artist who fuses creativity with data to create brand momentum

• Design and execute end-to-end campaigns

• Develop compelling visual content aligned with ongoing campaigns

• Analyze trends, performance data, and audience insights to optimize results
